The inventive architecture of Elspec power quality analyzers and multi-functional recorders takes power quality monitoring to a whole new level. Our meters provide the ability to record the waveform at sampling rate of 1,024 sample/cycle on-board for 1+ years in a continuous way. All our metering and recording solutions are supported by our multi-vendor power management software PQSCADA Sapphire. This combination provides the calculation of more than 5,000 power parameters from the recorded waveform for display and reporting purposes. Power Quality Analyzers

Equipped with Elspec revolutionary PQZIP compression patent algorithm, our power quality analyzer series enables you to measure, store and analyze waveform signals continually at sampling rate of up to 1,024 samples per cycle. This ensures data availability without the need to set any trigger or threshold, providing unlimited pre & post trigger. Our analyzers far surpassing the highest Industry standards, complying with IEC 61000-4-30 Class A. All our products are equipped with Elspec PQSCADA Sapphire, enabling more than 5,000 power parameters view and analysis at any given resolution from the acquired waveform signals.
G5DFR
Elspec G5DFR is a multi-functional digital fault recorder equipped with Elspec unique integrated PQZIP technology. Complies with IEC 61850 MMS, GOOSE messaging and sample value, and surpassing IEC 61000-4-30 Class A requirements, the G5DFR continuously records and stores all waveform signals at sampling rate of up to 1,024 samples per cycle thanks to its PQZIP compression algorithm, enabling data analysis at any time. Its synchronization algorithm is based on several sources with an automatic hierarchy for the preferred source availability to assure that logged data from multiple units is synchronized & displayed on the same time scale with typical 1μs resolution.
Phasor Measurement Units (PMU)
Elspec G5PMU is a phasor measurement unit complies with the most updated standard for power systems synchrophasor measurements IEEE C37.118-2011, including the amendment IEEE C37.118.1a-2014. The device continuously records and stores all waveform signals at sampling rate of 1,024 samples per cycle thanks to its PQZIP compression algorithm, enabling data analysis at any time. Its transmission rate of up-to 200/240 frame per second (50/60Hz), exceeds C37.118 Synchrophasor requirements for both M and P classes simultaneously.
